Receiving the breeder eggs: breeder eggs are deliveried from parents chicken farm to incubation factory by specialized cold truck with stable temperature from 14 - 16oC to prevent the embryos from developing and being affected deseases during transportation. The standard breeder eggs are moved to the modern incubator system imported from the United States. The incubation process is totally automatic in 21 days. After that, the eggs with embryos will be moved to advanced hatching machine of ChickMaster, baby chicks will hatch after 3 days here.
One-day-old chicks are selected, classified and vaccinated. Veterinarians will quarantine and issue certificates. This is the end of the process at incubaton factory.
Before receiving the breeder chicks, all cages must be disinfected and treated with rice husks, feeding gutters are cleaned, temperature and lighting system are adjusted. The whole procedure is totally closed and not affected by external temperature.
- Baby chicks are taken care and monitored in the first 3 weeks and vaccinated with all vaccines according to the procedures.
- Period for breeding white chickens will depend on the demand of customers, from 35-42 days, chickens will reach the weight of from 2.2-2.8 kg .
- During the growing process, chickens are fed with suitable food in each of their stage.

The meat chickens are delivered from commercial chicken farms in the closed system of the company. It starts with the inspection of input quality by veterinarians – hanging chickens - fainting – sticking – removing internal organs – washing – lowering body temperature – hanging to dry.
Chickens after being cleaned in the previous step will be moved to modern cutting-up chain using European technology with the capacity of 24,000 chickens/day for separating into pieces.
Chicken meat after being cut-up will be packaged, which uses advanced technology and food safety packaging materials. Then, chicken meat is preserved in cold storage warehouse at negative degree to ensure the freshness and safety.
At the final stage, Binh Duong province veterinarians will quarantine every product lot and issue the food safety and sanitation certificates. This is the end of the process at slaughtering factory.
